Intro
With autumn, some private or associative museums close for a winter break and prepare for next season. But there are still a few weeks left to visit them, and they are often open for clubs or by appointment, do not hesitate to contact them. Others are open all year round, such as the musée des Arts et Métiers in Paris that I propose you to discover more in depth in this newsletter, especially as the exhibition “Permis de Conduire ?” (Driving License?) dedicated to mobility and the automobile opens very soon (October 18th). A good idea for a family visit, for example during the next school holidays! I will come back in more detail on this exhibition in the next Newsletter. If you visit the Paris Motor Show, don’t miss the Ferrari exhibition, and you’ll also do a good deed! A little delay in the integration of new museums, due among other things to a lot of tuning of the English version online for a few weeks. But a few new museums have now joined the website. In France, a very interesting Franco Sbarro Museum located next to the museum of the castle of Vernon (south of Poitiers). A hundred prototypes and concepts, each more amazing than the next! In the United States, the Unser Racing Museum, created and dedicated to the Unser family, a dynasty of drivers who have won 9 times the Indianapolis 500. Integration work continues to add 10 to 12 museums in the coming weeks. On the other hand, the presentations of the museums visited in the summer, especially in Italy, have been updated and enriched with many photos!
