Reims-Champagne Automobile Museum’s 40 years

Reims, France

On Sunday June 29, 2025

On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the Reims-Champagne Automobile Museum will be celebrating its 40th anniversary. The museum will be open all day, from 10am to 6pm. Come and visit this collection of cars, motorcycles and miniatures, which retraces the history of the automobile in the 20th century, with popular models, local productions and rarities such as the 403 “Radovitch” which illustrates the poster and this article. This is a unique model, a 4-seater convertible built in 1959 by M. Radovitch, a coachbuilder from Reims. Beneath its shark-like front end and beautiful two-tone paintwork, it’s hard to recognize the ordinary Peugeot 403 that served as chassis and engine base!

The day’s events will include a Concours d’Elegance, demonstrations, guided tours of the museum and a concert by local band Les Belettes. Not to mention a Champagne bar, because in Reims, you can’t have a party without bubbles! Admission for the day is an exceptional €5, and there will also be a parking lot for classic cars, making it even more attractive for visitors. If you’d like to bring a classic car, please register with the museum.
