Red Bull Hangar-7 is located on the grounds of Salzburg Airport. The building that houses it was designed as an aviation hangar, made of steel and glass. The aim was to host museums on aviation and mobility, art but also a place of relaxation and meeting with bar, lounge and restaurant.

The cars of Hangar-7

Supported by the Austrian brand Red Bull, the museum mainly exhibits racing cars of the brand or sponsored by Red Bull, including several F1 Sauber, Toro Rosso and of course Red Bull, with for example the Red Bull RB 9 world champion with Sebastian Vettel.

Besides cars

Some Motorcycles, but especially many aircraft including the “Flying Bulls” in the colors of the brand: recent passenger and aerobatic aircraft, seaplanes, helicopters, but also old aircraft such as a DC-6 or a B-25 bomber from 1945. Several bars offer snacks, drinks, breakfasts, while the Ikarus restaurant offers lunches and dinners, the originality being that chefs from all over the world follow one another every month at the head of the kitchens.
