Factory Drag Cars showcases powerful, high-performance dragsters. These classic muscle cars are machines built for speed. In the 1960s, the National Hot Rod Association offered a competition drag-racing category called Factory Experimental, allowing stock automobiles that use each manufacturer’s optional equipment.
Built for racing, these cars represent powerful designs. Through this selction, we find the main muscle cars of American manufacturers of the 1960s, such as the Chevrolet Impala or Chevelle, Dodge Dart Hemi, Ford Galaxie and Fairlane, Mercury Cyclone, Plymouth Belvedere Hemi or Pontiac Catalina Super Duty.
