Formula 1 Exhibition Melbourne

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC)

November 29, 2025 to April 19, 2026

After Madrid (Spain), Vienna (Austria), Toronto (Canada), London (Great Britain), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Oberhausen (Germany), the major exhibition dedicated to Formula 1 is coming to Melbourne in Australia until April 19, 2026.

The format remains the same as in other cities, with an exhibition divided into six themed rooms presenting the different aspects of Formula 1, its history, the technologies and people involved in this global competition, behind-the-scenes insights and the dangers. Organized with the support of experts, historians, and journalists, the Formula 1 Exhibition offers a unique glimpse into the extraordinary world of Formula 1.

See articles on previous exhibitions in Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, London, Amsterdam and Oberhausen for more info on the content.

For each city hosting the exhibition, the focus is on a particular theme. Melbourne will be an opportunity to highlight several local drivers who have left their mark on the sport, from Jack Brabham, three-time F1 World Champion and the only driver to have become World Champion in a car bearing his name (1966), to Oscar Piastri, current McLaren driver, Alan Jones (1980 World Champion) and Daniel Ricciardo (eight GP wins with Red Bull and McLaren). Visitors will be able to see the F1 cars up close and appreciate how their design has evolved, particularly in terms of aerodynamics. Optionally, visitors will have the opportunity to try their hand at the official F1 Playseat simulator.

Founded by Sir Jackie Stewart, the global charity Race Against Dementia is the official charity of the Formula 1 Exhibition Melbourne. You can support Race Against Dementia with a donation to give scientists the means to accelerate scientific advances by drawing on the speed, precision, and teamwork of Formula 1.
