Paradise for British brands lovers
The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show has become an unmissable event for classic car enthusiasts. Launched in 1984, it is now celebrating more than 40 years of existence and welcomes a large number of clubs every year, showcasing thousands of classic cars. Of course, British brands, both current and defunct, popular, prestigious, and confidential, will be represented, either by brand or by iconic models for British enthusiasts: Aston Martin, Austin Metro, Seven or Ten, Bond, Bristol, Daimler, Ford with several models, Capri (including the latest Capri 280s), Cortina, Escort, RS1800, Gilbern, Gordon-Keeble, Jaguar with six exceptional XJS models, Land Rover, Lotus, MG, Midget, Mini Cabrio, Morris Minor, Singer, Sunbeam, Triumph, TVR, Vauxhall, Wolseley, and more.

And foreign brands…
But foreign brands will also be well represented, including Ferrari, Lancia, notably the Lancia Monte Carlo club, Maserati, Matra, Mustang, NSU Ro80, Porsche, Saab, Toyota Supra, Volvo with several convertibles including a 1957 Volvo P1900 convertible, one of only 68 ever made, making it the rarest model in Volvo’s production history, VW with the Golf clubs, and even Wartburg Trabant. This list is obviously not exhaustive, as more than 300 clubs are expected to attend!

Dealers and workshops
Like all major classic car shows, the Classic Motor Show will feature numerous parts and accessories vendors, as well as craftsmen specializing in the maintenance and restoration of vintage cars. Entertainment, conferences, and workshops will punctuate the exhibition days. And if you’re looking for a car, the show may be the place where you’ll find your next vehicle, between the vendors and the auctions.
