Intro
There are more great exhibitions to be discovered, not only from car museums, but also from other more surprising places. The Citroen DS continues its anniversary tour, this time in Belgium, where Autoworld Brussels has organized a beautiful exhibition with some surprises and unusual models. Formula 1 also continues its journey around the world, and the success of the F1 expo in each city where it is held explains why new venues have been chosen, this time Amsterdam (Holland). In the USA, 2 very different styles, with some real Barn Finds nuggets at the Savoy Museum (Georgia) and an interesting selection of air-cooled vehicles at the Audrain Museum (Rhode Island). In France, the Memorial Charles de Gaulle is organizing an exhibition on the cars of the French Republic Presidency from 1958 to the present day, an opportunity to see up close some unique models that don’t come out very often. And we highlight a Georges Irat roadster from the Maurice Dufresne Museum (Azay-le-Rideau, France) in the “Museum‘s Muse” section of the FFVE blog. Finally, we celebrate the opening of a new museum in Belgium, SQUADRA Abarth & Rallye Collection, which takes over from Guy Morenhout’s Abarth Museum in a new, dedicated location.
